As a Growth Marketing Manager at Awell, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities and coming up with creative growth strategies and solutions that will efficiently drive new customers to our brand and ultimately make the company grow.

This is a full-time position, either based in Brussels or remote.

Your responsibilities

You will own the marketing function at Awell. The role is more about mindset than experience, and we expect you to:

  • Work directly with our CEO and the rest of the team to brainstorm, choose and execute growth strategies focused on building awareness and generating leads
  • Experiment and run iterative tests throughout our funnel and use the results to improve performance
  • Create metrics to get insights from data to drive your decisions
  • Choose wisely between marketing best practices and “off the beaten path” approaches
  • Know our strengths, decide what we do internally and where we use external specialists

The person we are looking for:


  • You work under premises that what worked yesterday may not work today
  • You research and experiment through low-cost, iterative tests in order to choose the best approach for growth
  • You use metrics and analytics as a base for decision making
  • You thrive in a quickly changing environment 

Hard skills:

  • You have an eye for great copy and compelling visuals
  • You are a good project manager
  • You can create briefs for external specialists, set targets and drive results
  • You have experience in an early stage B2B startup
  • You have experience in a role where you had to experiment, test and iterate on solutions leading to growth

This is a full time position where you will be part of our core team. The work can be done remotely on a B2B service contract if you are not based in Belgium.
